In order to achieve its ambitious growth plans MPAW owning to its success in Logistics sector & finding synergies in similar related lines the company has entered in to trailer manufacturing .The plant is situated in Rewari near Delhi with a vision to create innovative products & designs.

The company specializes in automobile carriers, that are used in the Logistics of finished vehicles of passenger cars to buses & trucks , We are on course to evolve as a one stop - shop for logistical solutions catering to the Automobile Transportation Industry.

Raw Material
We use Steel of the highest quality commensurate to Industry Standards. The steel used is ST – 44 / 52 or equivalent with min. yield strength of 340 N/mm2. We purchase steel from renowned names in the Steel Industry such as , Tata Steel, SAIL , Ispat , Jindal.

Design & Validation
We design our products taking into consideration all the technical & ergonomic aspects i.e. effect of the body on chassis components such as tyres, complete balancing on all types of terrain in full tipping condition, stress on the frame of the Body under adverse conditions etc. All our designs are standardized. We also develop customized solutions for the following applications:

Material Processing & Procedure
 we follow very stringent procedures for the selection of quality steel that we use in all our products. We process the steel into press components using precision Shearing & Bending procedures. We use Jigs & Fixtures to control the pressed dimensions.  we only use MIG welding in its fabrication process. Our certified and skilled workforce makes sure that every Vehicle that rolls out of the plant is tested and quality approved to guarantee customer satisfaction.

ISO Certification
MPAW  is in the process of implementing ISO 9001 certification. We shall be achieving this milestone by March 2012.

Quality Assurance
Quality is an inherent part of our firm. We strictly adhere to set industrial parameters of quality.. The designs of Trailers of all capacities are done with AUTOCAD. All the Standard Trailers Designs are approved by the State Transport Authority in accordance with Motor Vehicle Rules and Act. Testing & Inspection of our entire range is minutely inspected by our experienced quality auditors to ensure that our range of products is at par with requisite quality standards.
